Oh yes, Double Swim Wednesday, I am getting back on my game. I made it to swim for the 8:30 class this morning and swam a great workout with Coach Dennis as follows:
- warm up: 200 swim/200 drill/200 pull/
- 4 x 200 swim 4:00
- 4 x 150 swim 3:30
- 4 x 125 swim 2:30
- 4 x 100 swim 1:45
- 4 x 50 swim 1:00
I then went home, finished unpacking, talked with handyman Elvin (THE GREAT) about the new windows, went to grocery, went in to work and got ready to hit the pool again.
Tonights workout was as follows:
- 200 warm up
- 8 x 25 practicing sighting
- 4 x 50 kick with fins
- 4 x 75 breathing 3/5/7
- 4 x 100 swim all out
- 4 x 200 pull with paddles
