This morning, as seems to be a habit with me after my long runs, I didn't do a thing. We did make it to church and then to a Super Bowl party. Ivan had a great nap, and then shuttled off to my parents. We made some avocado dip and headed out. I'm back in the game tomorrow and timing the mile swim on Wednesday!!!
