- 2 x 150 fins or paddles

- 4 x 200 swim
- 1000 pull (I only did 700)
The great thing about going to the 6:30 Wednesday night swim is that it is a triathlon specific class. Most people in the class are training for various tri's. It is a crowded class, so we swim about 5 people to a lane according to our ability level. Meaning, the people in your lane will all swim similar paces, so you push each other. Ashley Whitney is our great coach and has a copious amount of pool and open water experience. She is able to give great advice and watch as we come in on our intervals. Currently, on Sunday mornings, my triathlon class swims in the lake, so Wednesday night is the only chance for a pool work out where our coach really has us at a good visibility where she can see our mistakes. More on the lake swim later.
Pics are our swim group tonight, and this fabulous photo of my son in the bath!!!
