Today, we were out the door on time for swim and there was much good behavior and happiness and general well being as I arrived at the pool deck on time and really had a lovely 3000 yard swim. Steven had a lot of advice about my butterfly stroke. I think that my butterfly looks a lot like a lego-man hinging back and forth, Steven says that if I will bring my shoulders up and turn my arms a bit so that my hands are angling into the water my movements will be more fluid. Now this is easier said than done, but I will be attempting it from now on. Forgot to photograph the workout.
At home, I got in a Gilad workout during naptime and a yoga workout after dinner. Feeling rather bleh.
AND, have been thinking, now that Sloan the Younger is three, it seems I should quit posting his exploits for the world wide web. Will his friends one day google him and laugh? SO, I will take my blog private on Sunday night. SO, if you still want to follow for pictures and updates on Sloan the Younger and my workouts and book reports please send your email in the comments and I will add it to my list of invites!!
Watching Jane Eyre. I just love it!!
