Saturday: Run

So, I do not know who to contact about the fact that it was 38 degrees when I got up to run this morning.  Do I contact Old Man Winter, Jack Frost, a groundhog?  I had already packed up all of my winter clothes and put them in plastic tubs at the top of my closet.  I was able to scavenge out some running clothes from my drawers, but the weather was colder than even weather.com said it would be last night.  It was just bitter.  The run was freezing the whole way.  It was off and on raining, and I plugged away for nine miles before heading home.  Pretty soon after I hopped in the car, the bottom fell out and the rain came down colder and harder that this particular runner can stand.

Last weekend was so hot that I came straight home from my run and cleaned out my closet, and put all my winter things in storage.  Of course, it was all too soon and today, I actually had to get out my winter storage bins and dig some sweatery clothes out of the bin to go to an afternoon Easter party.  I went to an Easter party in all black, cowboy boots, and a huge sweater and scarf.  So ridiculous.

Anyway, in other news, I am having a Dylan thing tonight.  We had I'm not There, at the house and I had forgotten just how good it was.  Great music, great film!!
